What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Email Prospecting: Use email campaigns to engage with potential clients, nurture relationships, and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Off-Market Property Sourcing: Identify and source off-market property opportunities for investment or sale.
  • Property Sourcing: Actively seek new property listings, developing a deep understanding of market trends and available properties.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand property trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
  • CRM Management: Track and manage all sales activities, keeping your CRM up to date and ensuring a seamless follow-up process.
  • Lead Generation: Utilise various tools and platforms to generate leads and expand your network in the property sector.
