We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing content studio. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling visual content, including both static and animated graphics for social media, long-form content, websites, and advertising creatives. We’re seeking a highly creative individual with a strong understanding of design principles and animation techniques, who can deliver projects on time and in line with client expectations. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in elevating the studio’s creative output across a variety of formats, helping to enhance our capabilities and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Design and create static graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertising. Contribute to brand development, including designing new logos and brand identities from scratch. Support video production by producing storyboards & moodboards. Support the production of animated graphics and videos for social media, long-form content, and ad campaigns. Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visual strategies that meet client objectives. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality. Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Stay updated with the latest design trends, software, and animation techniques. Communicate regularly with the team and clients, providing updates on project progress. Support the Creative Studio in the development and execution of innovative content strategies. Foster a collaborative and positive environment within the team, promoting creativity and excellence in all outputs. Skills and Behaviours Must Haves: Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio showcasing static and animated work. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro). Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Experience creating graphics for social media, websites, and advertising campaigns. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Nice to Haves: Experience with 3D modeling and animation. Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX design. Understanding of digital marketing and content strategies. Experience with video editing and production. Familiarity with agile methodologies. Ability to drive creative process improvements.
