Product Coordinator

The Product Coordinator, Exclusives will support the EMEA/APAC product team in delivering the exclusive strategy and product offerings to the sales team. The ideal candidate will help manage day-to-day operations, coordinate between cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth product lifecycle execution—from concept through launch and beyond. What You’ll Do:

• Assist in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
• Responsible for sustaining up to date and accurate records on the status of exclusives via the exclusives tracker and ensuring copies are issued to the business within the agreed timeframe.
• Regularly reviewing historic records and cleansing trackers of expired items.
• Coordinate communication between sales, planning, and global offices as needed.
• Help prepare presentations, reports, and product-related materials for internal and external stakeholders when requested.
• Conduct competitor research as and when needed.
• Support with tracking product performance and support post-launch analysis.
• Responsible for the daily upkeep of the exclusive inbox regarding all exclusive item requests and queries from Sales Managers and internal teams.

What You’ll Bring:

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple moving parts.
• Experience in a product coordination, merchandising, or project support role—ideally in toys preferred.
• Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging senior executives.
• Fantastic written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, enthusiastic, flexible, and adaptable with a positive outlook and a 'all hands-on deck' attitude.
• Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic.
• Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, essentially advanced knowledge within Excel.
