We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead subsystem development for the Multi-Role Console (MRC) and Communication Gateway Unit (CGU) within a commander and control programme. This role includes managing a team of system design engineers, supporting requirements analysis, and overseeing verification and validation (V&V) activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Subsystem Management: Lead development and design changes for MRC and CGU subsystems, ensuring alignment with program requirements.
- Requirements and Documentation: Define system and subsystem requirements, maintain traceability, and update software and hardware specifications.
- Verification & Validation: Develop and execute test scenarios to support equipment qualification, record results, and address non-conformances.
- Technical Documentation: Produce certification documents and review technical publications for consistency with design changes.
- Customer Support and Future Planning: Provide technical support for current subsystems and contribute to future project proposals.
