This highly regarded insurance boutique is looking to bolster its D&O practice in London with the addition of a Senior Associate with 5+ years of experience. The firm has offices across the UK and internationally and is recognised for its work across complex commercial insurance lines. The firm advises on all types of financial institutions and D&O liability insurance, and related complex coverage, including advising on claims against financial institutions, commercial and SME entities, and their directors. These include breaches of directors’ duties, defamation claims, shareholder disputes and regulatory investigations.
Working with the firm’s lead partners, this is an opportunity to take a leading role in the development of the team’s current client list in addition to being integral to the strategic growth over the coming years. Partnership would also be merit based.
Key requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience defending FI/D&O claims.
- Experience of coverage.
- Experience of working in a leading City or Regional insurance group.
- Relocating lawyers with relevant experience would be of great interest.
- Strong legal and analytical skills.
- A genuine collaborative outlook and desire to work as part of a team.
- Confident and assured client ability.
- Ability to manage and prioritise own case load.
