- Entwicklung von Exit-Strategien für Portfolio-Unternehmen und bewiesene erfolgreiche Exit-Prozesse
- Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern, einschließlich Geschäftsführern, C-Level, Partnern und Beratern
- Identifikation, Bewertung und Management von Risiken im Private-Equity-Portfolio
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur Risikominderung
- Förderung einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation innerhalb des (Deal)-Teams

Anforderungen
- Acht bis zehn Jahre Berufserfahrung bevorzugterweise im Private Equity, alternativ im Investment Banking / M&A Beratung mit PE-Transaktionen
- Starker Track Record im Sourcing von Investitionsmöglichkeiten
- Erfolgreiche Execution von mindestens fünf abgeschlossenen Transaktionen
- Fähigkeit zur Instruktion und kritischen Analyse von Due Diligence Berichten
- Exzellente und eigenständige Verhandlungsführung im Zusammenhang mit Kaufverträgen, Kreditverträgen und Gesellschafterverträgen
- Profundes Netzwerk aus der Finanzindustrie sowie idealerweise im Mittelstand
- Fundiertes Verständnis zur Weiterentwicklung von Geschäftsmodellen
- Kompetenz in der Betreuung von Mittelstandskunden und Beiratspositionen
- Geschäftssinn, in Kombination mit sehr guten analytischen Fähigkeiten und einer hohen Ergebnisorientierung
- Fähigkeit ein (Deal)-Team zu leiten und Aufgaben strukturiert zu verteilen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
- Deutsch auf Niveau Muttersprache; fließend in Englisch; gute Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
