TDS Gift Cards, a division of Ziff Davis, is a leading platform solution for global Prepaid/Gift Card processing and program management. TDS is licensed to manage programs for various clients and provides digital partners with turnkey solutions for monetizing and growing their revenue via prepaid cards and digital solution programs through major retailers and digital distributors across the globe.
As a TDS Sr. Manager of Client Strategy for EMEA, this individual should display strong internal initiative, pay great attention to detail, balance a fast-paced work environment, think strategically, and communicate effectively with clients. This individual will be responsible for owning and leading the global strategy for major TDS clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Client Management: Be the main point of contact for a subset of TDS Clients, develop a deep and trusting relationship with key executives within each client’s organisation, and influence strategies advantageous to both the client and TDS.
- Cross-sell additional TDS services and coordinate efforts globally within TDS and across the client’s internal global stakeholders.
- Host bi-weekly update meetings and regular business reviews with each client.
- Drive collaboration with both client and internal stakeholders on developing an overall budget for the client and determining retail rollout/expansion strategy.
- Negotiate distribution and expansion opportunities with retailers/distributors.
- Own presentation materials to effectively represent the client and conduct retailer presentations.
- Conduct ongoing analysis and strategy recommendations, including Quarterly Business Reviews and Annual Planning Sessions.
Program Management:
- Identify, negotiate and confirm retail channel marketing.
- Conduct ongoing marketing ROI analysis and provide high-level feedback to the client.
- Manage, traffic and track formal approvals from clients for all required elements.
- Oversee all milestones achieved by all marketing stakeholders during the process.
- Monitor in-store execution and capture photos as needed.
- Analyze client sales using TDS tools to recognize trends and provide recommendations.
- Independently manage your task list and complete those tasks based on priority and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- 5 or more years experience in gift cards, retail buying, or account management.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with all levels of the organization and clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and conferences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
