We seek an experienced QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance strategy and automation initiatives. This senior leadership position will establish and maintain quality standards across our software development lifecycle while building robust automation frameworks to increase efficiency and test coverage, with a strong focus on left-shifting quality practices.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement the company's QA strategy with emphasis on left-shifting quality into earlier stages of development
  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automation frameworks using Selenium and other modern testing tools
  • Champion a "shift-left" testing approach that integrates quality checks throughout the development process
  • Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing QA and automation team
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define quality metrics and KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation capabilities
  • Manage test environment infrastructure and testing tools
  • Establish best practices for test case development, execution, and reporting
  • Create and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans for complex projects
  • Provide regular reporting on quality metrics to executive leadership

Your Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in QA leadership roles
  • Proven experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium, WebdriverIO, Playwright, or similar
  • Experience with Newman for API testing and automation
  • Demonstrated success in implementing shift-left testing methodologies
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
  • Experience scaling QA processes in fast-growing organizations
  • Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing teams of 5+ QA engineers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience embedding testing into development workflows
  • Knowledge of performance testing and security testing methodologies
  • Experience implementing test automation in cloud environments
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks and integration into developer workflows
  • Experience with mobile application testing automation
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
