We are looking for an experienced wine manager to lead wine service and team, developing the restaurant culture and knowledge of our wine list and approach. Working closely with the Head of Wine and our wine partners to develop an effective and exciting seasonal wine list, creating and managing our by the glass offering. The role will be based in our vibrant Brat x Climpson's Arch, where we are open Tuesday-Sunday. The outdoor ovens, eclectic collection of our events posters on the walls, and delicious dishes make for a truly dynamic space to work with a passionate and fun team.

  • Conduct team briefings and wine training.
  • Manage key relationships with industry producers and suppliers.
