Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £25,164 – 26,681 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Customer Experience Team Members work 5 days out of 7, between the hours of 7am and 10pm. Weekends will be required on a rota basis.

From helping a locked‑out student get back into their room, to recommending your favourite restaurant or organising a welcome party; the Customer Experience Team Member role will be extremely varied. Expect no two days to be the same!
What you’ll be doing as a Customer Experience Team Member
- Providing a welcoming front‑of‑house reception service
- Conducting flat viewings, inspections, and leading sales conversations
- Planning and running events for our students
