My client are seeking an experienced and driven Out-of-Home (OOH) Agency Account Manager to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Commercial Team, you will play a critical role in driving advertising revenue, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing innovative sales proposals across various OOH platforms. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, ambitious organisation that challenges the status quo and disrupts the market.
Responsibilities:
- Take full accountability for revenue delivery across all OOH products within assigned agency patch.
- Develop quarterly bespoke agency strategies, including organograms, planning approaches, partner program details, client entertainment, and marketing initiatives.
- Lead pitches and craft compelling proposals encompassing the full spectrum of OOH advertising solutions.
- Proactively pursue leads and manage a sales pipeline effectively to meet sales targets.
- Utilise negotiation skills to close sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the escalation point internally and externally within the assigned agency patch.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to unlock the potential of OOH advertising solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.
- Cultivate influential relationships within the assigned agency patch, including attending social events and client entertainment activities.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in agency sales, preferably within a media sales environment. Experience in OOH advertising is advantageous.

- Work with the broader agency team to establish a productive workflow and communication rhythm.
