My client is recruiting for a permanent Site Manager to work alongside the Senior Site Manager at one of the sites in Blackburn. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including coordinating contractors, monitoring materials, organising equipment and scheduling deliveries. You will supervise the on-site team, including construction workers, subcontractors and other onsite staff. You will be a great problem solver with excellent communication skills.
New and refurbishment building contracts ranging from industrial, commercial, retail, leisure & hospitality and residential schemes.
