Accountabilities:
  • Lead a growing team of engineers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions
  • Drive team processes, communication rhythms, and best practices to improve effectiveness and technical execution
  • Mentor and coach team members, facilitating performance reviews and development plans
  • Partner with Product and other stakeholders to iterate on product development and deliver customer value
  • Take ownership of project planning, execution, and resolving technical challenges within your team
  • Contribute to shaping engineering culture, standards, and long-term technical vision
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager within a high-growth SaaS or data-intensive environment
  • Strong background in software engineering, ideally with experience in AI, data platforms, or large-scale systems
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, with a track record of leading complex projects
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including remote engineers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for coaching, team building, and performance management
  • Capable of contributing to architecture discussions and providing actionable technical mentorship
  • Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced, collaborative environments
