Accountabilities:- Lead a growing team of engineers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, scalable software solutions
- Drive team processes, communication rhythms, and best practices to improve effectiveness and technical execution
- Mentor and coach team members, facilitating performance reviews and development plans
- Partner with Product and other stakeholders to iterate on product development and deliver customer value
- Take ownership of project planning, execution, and resolving technical challenges within your team
- Contribute to shaping engineering culture, standards, and long-term technical vision
- 4+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager within a high-growth SaaS or data-intensive environment
- Strong background in software engineering, ideally with experience in AI, data platforms, or large-scale systems
- Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration, with a track record of leading complex projects
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, including remote engineers
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for coaching, team building, and performance management
- Capable of contributing to architecture discussions and providing actionable technical mentorship
