Creating innovations that help consumers achieve their lifestyle and oral health ambitions based on deep understanding of people’s needs & aspirations and insights of dental professionals. Your role: Formulating marketing objectives by leveraging deep insights into the Consumer Experience Journey, aligning team efforts with strategic business goals. Developing and directing a global integrated innovation and communication roadmap, overseeing product launches and commercial readiness, and championing consistent execution across categories to enhance consumer engagement. Collaborating with finance and regional leaders to manage P&L of portfolio, devise effective pricing strategies, and ensure local market relevance of global initiatives. Evaluating business performance through in-market analysis, collaborating with Consumer and Commercial analytics teams to track business growth, market share, and brand strength, and coaching team members on optimizing plans and improving future outcomes. Building a culture of continuous learning and development, providing feedback, facilitating professional growth opportunities, and ensuring the team is well-equipped to meet both current and future business challenges.

You’re the right fit if: 10-15+ years of experience in strategic leadership within Brand Management or Product Marketing Management roles with direct oversight of diverse product portfolios. Master’s degree in related field or equivalent experience. Visionary mindset with proven ability to recognize consumer/professional trends, develop strategic approaches, and align resources to delivery to plan. Excellence in building high-performance teams that exhibit deep collaboration, challenge norms, and exude passion for the business. Proven ability to lead teams and build cross-functional engagement across the product management value stream in a highly matrixed organization (e.g., R&D, Legal, Clinical, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.).

How we work together: We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
