Our client are a well known private and social housing developer who are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technician to join their team in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private and social housing projects. You will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings, specifications, and schedules to support the design and construction process. Key Responsibilities: – Develop detailed architectural drawings and plans for private and social housing projects. – Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards. – Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and materials. – Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for project development. – Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards. – Assist in project management tasks, including coordination with contractors and suppliers.
