Static Site Lift Engineer

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Lift Engineer to join a major static site in Stratford. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious environment with a stable shift pattern and no travel between sites. What’s on offer? * Salary up to £57,000 * Shift pattern: 5 on 5 off, 2 on 2 off (alternating shifts: 6am–6pm / 12pm–12am) * 25 days’ annual leave + Bank Holidays * Company healthcare plan * Excellent pension scheme * Van provided (for business use) * Fuel card, phone, uniform & full PPE supplied Key Responsibilities: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and lift servicing on-site. * Responding to breakdowns and fault-finding efficiently. * Ensuring lift systems are safe, reliable, and compliant with relevant standards. * Working closely with on-site teams and reporting to the site supervisor/contract manager. * Keeping accurate records of work completed. Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent. * Proven experience in lift maintenance and breakdown response. * Strong fault-finding skills and a commitment to safety and compliance. * Excellent communication and time-management skills. * Flexibility to work both day and late shifts as part of the rotating schedule.
