Static Site Lift Engineer

We’re working with a leading lift service provider seeking a Static Site Lift Engineer for a busy shopping centre contract in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to settle into a reliable shift-based role without the need for constant travel. The Role: * Based full-time at a large, high-footfall shopping centre in East London. * Carry out routine lift servicing, minor repairs, and callout support. * Respond promptly to breakdowns and ensure minimal downtime. * Maintain accurate records and uphold site safety/compliance standards. * Collaborate with on-site teams and external contractors as required. Shift Pattern: * Alternating shifts on a 5 on, 5 off; 2 on, 2 off pattern. * Shifts available are 6am to 6pm and 12pm to 12am. * Overtime available on planned days off at enhanced rates. * £5,000 per annum shift allowance on top of basic salary. Requirements: * NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering (or equivalent). * Strong experience in lift servicing and breakdowns. * Ability to work independently on a customer-focused static site. * Excellent fault-finding and communication skills. * Right to work in the UK.
