Vision for Education are actively seeking a graduate to join our team as a recruitment consultant on a full-time basis.
As one of the UK s leading education providers and Sunday times best place to work 2023 we have experienced exponential growth over recent years and have an exciting new opportunity to grow our first Welsh office here in Cardiff.
Having opened our new Cardiff office we are looking for the next generation of individuals to build their careers within Vision for Education. We would welcome graduates from all backgrounds and specialisms, providing you have a can do attitude, are highly organised and possess a passion for working with schools and making a real difference.
The ability to speak Welsh is preferred, but not essential for this role.
The role of a Recruitment Consultant:
– Build and maintain long-term working relationships with those around you and ensure you are always providing the best customer service
– To actively source, attract and retain the best educators in the market to secure educators with their dream roles within education and provide staffing solutions to your schools
– Screening, interviewing and leading applicants through our vetting process
– Maintain that all-important personal touch through regular face-to-face client visits, high impact sales conversations and ongoing engagement with schools
– To develop your own mini business within the bigger business using your own innovative and creative ideas You will be given all of the tools, training and support in order to do this. We just require an individual who is hard-working, ambitious and the desire to build a fantastic career!
Hours – Full Time
- • 7.30am 4pm x2 days per week
- • 7.30am – 5pm x2 days per week
- • 7.30am 4.30pm Friday’s
- • Work from home Wednesday’s
- • Reduced hours (9am – 3pm) in school holidays
We are seeking individuals who possess:
– A degree level qualification or equivalent
– A great people person who has the ability to build excellent working relationships as well as delivering the best customer service
– Ambitious, driven and passionate individual
– The ability to drive and access to your own vehicle
– Someone who is passionate about the education sector and wants to make a real difference in schools
– Anyone with that creative flare would be fantastic as we really encourage thinking outside the box and would love your input!
In return you ll be provided with:

– 26 days annual leave + bank holidays (increases with service to 30 days)
– £23,000 £25,000 starting salary plus uncapped commission
