Waites Recruitment Consultancy are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a Client in Maidstone on a Full time basis.
My Client is currently recruiting for an experienced quantity surveyor due to continued growth. Join this friendly, professional team offering commercial support on a consultancy basis. Work with contractors, end clients and subcontractors and offers services such as tender support, contract admin and contract advice.
You will have the opportunity to work on projects across various disciplines, gaining new experiences which could be rail, road, housing estates, refurbishment projects, conversions and more to offer choice, variety, and opportunity to learn and hone skills.
We have done some amazing work on highly bespoke self-built houses featuring cantilever concrete stairs, infinity pool overlooking the sea, custom made terrazzo flooring as well as a London townhouse reinstating original features but with hidden aircon, an internal lift, sauna, cinema and such.
Essential Requirements
- Quantity Surveying Degree / relevant qualification / experience
- Experience in a commercial role
