Your role: As a Cybersecurity Consultant in the Infosys Cyber security Consulting & Advisory (C&A) Team, you will contribute to various phases of the cybersecurity consulting lifecycle. Your expertise in GRC and secondary skills in areas like IDAM, Network, IoT/OT security will support client security roadmaps, business G&OS, and compliance assessments through evaluations, design reviews, and upgrades.
This role requires a deep understanding of GRC cybersecurity, with secondary skills in ISMS, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to enhance clients\’ cybersecurity strategies at operational, tactical, and enterprise levels. You will guide both onshore and offshore teams, contribute to proposals, client training, and internal capability-building, and help define project scope. You will also have the opportunity to shape innovative consulting solutions aligned with evolving global security needs.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience in enterprise cybersecurity domain.
- Security practitioner with operational, tactical, and strategic cybersecurity expertise, capable of supporting cybersecurity roadmaps and risk management, leading teams, and aligning with security frameworks.
- Knowledge of security solutions like MS Sentinel/Defender/Entra, Zscaler ZPA ZTMA, CrowdStrike, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping, and designing controls dashboards using standards like ISO27K, NIST, NIS 2, DORA, TISAX, PCI.
- Understanding of threat methodologies, incident response, and remediation activities.
- Experience with security assessments, risk evaluation, and compliance with frameworks such as IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, NERC CIP, ISO 27001, NIS2.
- Risk mitigation skills in ICS/SCADA and IoT environments.
- Vendor and third-party security management experience.
- Capability to develop and deliver cybersecurity training and awareness programs.
- Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and technologies like Zero Trust, AI security, automation, and cyber mesh architecture.
Desirable Skills:
- Exposure to diverse cultures and stakeholders, familiarity with emerging tools, technologies, regulations, and standards.
- Previous consulting experience.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, GICSP, ISA/IEC 62443, GCIH, GCIL.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
- Knowledge of network security including firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, PKI, log management.
- Experience with security frameworks like NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NERC CIP.
- Skills in incident response, risk management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with project management knowledge.
