As part of our continued growth journey, we are now looking for an outstanding leader to drive our Rail & Civils division forward.
The Role: In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of our Rail & Civils recruitment services, leading from the front to deliver ambitious growth plans. You will combine a strong commercial mindset with deep sector expertise, building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships, and securing new opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth – Develop and execute a business strategy to expand our Rail & Civils recruitment services.
- Develop & maintain strong client relationships – Liaise with key stakeholders across rail and civil engineering projects.
- Financial & Commercial Management – Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership – Build, mentor, and manage a dynamic recruitment team, driving performance and results.
- Market Expertise – Stay ahead of industry trends, positioning O'Neill & Brennan as a go-to partner in Rail & Civils recruitment.
About You: Proven leadership experience in Rail & Civils recruitment. A strong network within the UK infrastructure sector and a track record of winning & developing client relationships. Commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, business development, and strategic growth initiatives. Excellent leadership & team development skills, fostering a high-performance culture.
