Are you a strategic and results-oriented leader with a passion for harnessing the power of data to drive meaningful change? Quotacom are proudly partnered with a prominent international NGO dedicated to making a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people. They are seeking a Head of Data Management, Analytics and Insight to join their Global Hub in the UK.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the organisation's data strategy, ensuring robust data governance, quality, and compliance. You will lead the development and delivery of enterprise data platforms, oversee data and analytics projects, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the global network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining and implementing data lifecycle and data management approaches.
  • Leading the full lifecycle delivery of enterprise data platforms.
  • Overseeing Data, Analytics, and BI projects.
  • Building and managing high-performing internal and external teams.
  • Presenting compelling data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Driving data warehousing, migration, transformation, and data science initiatives.
  • Establishing and enforcing data governance policies and fostering a data-driven culture.

You will bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in data and analytics solution delivery and transformation programmes, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • A proven track record of driving and embedding transformative change.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance.
  • Expertise in data governance, data quality frameworks, and data lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with the typical enterprise data and analytics technology stack.
