We’re recruiting for one of the top global names in travel management – a company renowned for exceptional service, cutting-edge tech, and a prestigious client base. Their Out of Hours team is expanding, and they’re looking for a seasoned Part-Time Business Travel Consultant to deliver expert support during evenings and weekends. What Will I Be Doing?

  • You’ll be part of a specialist team providing expert travel solutions outside of standard business hours.
  • Handling urgent bookings, last-minute changes, and complex itineraries, you’ll deliver high-touch support to corporate travellers when they need it most.
  • From flights and hotels to rail and reissues – you’ll take full ownership and provide fast, accurate, and reassuring service.

What Experience Do I Need?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in business travel is essential.
  • Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus).
  • Confident managing ticketing, fare construction, and multi-sector itineraries.
  • Able to work independently with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure.

What Else Do I Need to Know?

  • Contract: Part-time – 20 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern: Monday and Wednesday, 6:00pm–9:00pm or Monday only, 6:00pm–Midnight; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am–3:00pm (1-hour break included).
  • Location: Remote (UK-based).
  • Training: 4-week onboarding programme at the London HQ.
  • Annual leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata).
  • Bonus & salary review: Annual performance-related bonus and pay increase.
