Their Out of Hours team is expanding, and they’re looking for a seasoned Part-Time Business Travel Consultant to deliver expert support during evenings and weekends. What Will I Be Doing?
- You’ll be part of a specialist team providing expert travel solutions outside of standard business hours.
- Handling urgent bookings, last-minute changes, and complex itineraries, you’ll deliver high-touch support to corporate travellers when they need it most.
- From flights and hotels to rail and reissues – you’ll take full ownership and provide fast, accurate, and reassuring service.
What Experience Do I Need?
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business travel is essential.
- Strong GDS skills (Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus).
- Confident managing ticketing, fare construction, and multi-sector itineraries.
- Able to work independently with excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure.
What Else Do I Need to Know?
- Contract: Part-time – 20 hours per week.
- Shift pattern: Monday and Wednesday, 6:00pm–9:00pm or Monday only, 6:00pm–Midnight; Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am–3:00pm (1-hour break included).
- Location: Remote (UK-based).
- Training: 4-week onboarding programme at the London HQ.
- Annual leave: 25 days per year (pro-rata).
- Bonus & salary review: Annual performance-related bonus and pay increase.
