VACANCY – QUANTITY SURVEYOR (WE ARE SEEKING TWO QS\’s) TYPE – This is a FULL TIME, PERMANENT JOB OPPORTUNITY (Due to 2 internal promotions) LOCATION – Covering sites across central belt of Scotland, based in the West Of Scotland SALARY – This GENUINELY will depend on the level the individual is at in their career so £40000 – £60000 Remuneration: For less experienced Surveyor looking for next move up £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Bonus. For more experienced surveyor £50,000 – £60,000 + Company Car + Fuel Card + Bonus OVERVIEW Large, very successful and well established Construction and Civil engineering business is expanding once again! Joining 6 Quantity Surveyors at various levels, the company is looking to add 1 more person, due to a significant business/contract awards. Industry Sector: Groundworks, Civil Engineering, House Building. Location: Office in Glasgow where QS will be based. The role will likely be about 60% in office and 40% on sites. Sites from Ayrshire, all through Central Scotland and up to Fife and Perth and Kinross, Smaller presence beyond Edinburgh bypass.
