One of our scaling cybersecurity SaaS clients are looking for a Tech Recruiter. You’ll be joining a team that’s building something practical, ambitious, and genuinely useful - a platform that helps managed service providers take control of Microsoft security policies across multiple tenants. What you will be doing

  • Owning full-cycle recruitment for technology roles within the cybersecurity SaaS industry, with a focus on Jnr-to-senior level positions that are critical to business success.
  • Building deep partnerships with hiring managers, driving alignment on talent needs & priorities.
  • Leading proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Developing and managing robust talent pipelines of highly skilled candidates with specialised industry experience.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and data-driven recommendations to shape hiring decisions.
  • Creating an exceptional candidate experience that reflects the innovation, professionalism, and ambition of the client’s brand.
  • Continuously optimising recruitment processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What our client is looking for

  • Solid experience as a Tech Recruiter, ideally within start-ups, scale-ups, or product-led tech environments.
  • Comfortable managing multiple open roles at once, with a proactive approach to delivery.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and relationship management - both candidate and stakeholder sides.
  • A strong communicator who’s adaptable and confident working at pace.
  • Based in or near South West London – travel to Richmond office 3 times per week is required.
