We are actively looking for a Passive Fire Contracts Manager to join a leading passive fire protection contractor on a permanent basis. You will be based in the Croydon office with travel around the London area. In return, you will receive a company car, fuel allowance, healthcare benefits, and support on additional qualifications.

As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:

  • Leading a number of high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, and student accommodation.
  • Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5 million+.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors, and conducting regular contractor meetings.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standards.

Experience needed:

  • Experience managing multiple contracts.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry.
  • Delivering budgets of a minimum of £400k a month.
  • Experience leading a team.
