Are you ready to make your mark in one of the UK’s most ambitious residential development programmes? We’re working exclusively with a leading Residential Construction Organisation to find a Health & Safety Construction Advisor to support complex construction projects across London and the surrounding areas. This is a permanent, site-based position with 1 day per week working from home.
You’ll work across in-house developments and joint venture schemes, typically RC frame, high-rise, and traditional builds, while being part of a respected and growing corporate H&S team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Advise across a mix of development projects ranging from traditional build through to high-rise RC frame projects.
- Carry out audits, inspections, investigations, and RAMS reviews.
- Engage directly with site teams, contractors, and senior stakeholders.
- Drive compliance with CDM regs, HSE legislation, and internal safety standards.
- Promote a positive safety culture while being empowered to challenge, educate, and lead.
What we’re looking for:
- NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate (or equivalent), Tech IOSH or above (actively maintaining CPD).
- Strong knowledge of RC frame, High Rise Construction, Cladding, or Construction.
- Experience working across multi-site construction environments.
- Able to influence site behaviours with confidence and empathy.
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card.
