Flexi Conveyancer/Conveyancing Assistant
Altrincham, MCR
24,000 – 28,000 DOE + Quarterly Bonus
A perfect flexible legal position for a conveyancing assistant to work in a ‘flexi team’ providing ad hoc support to busy teams or those teams who have planned/unplanned absence.

Responsibilities:
– Fill in for people who are on annual leave or absent (fee earners or assistants)
– Help members of the team during busy periods
– Assist management with administrative tasks – dealing with completed files and queries
– Help manage a caseload of new build transactions from inception to completion
– Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone and in written correspondence.
– Keep the CRM and any third-party websites up to date in real time
– Any other duties required to assist the team and others should the need arise
