About the Role

As an Account Manager within Uber Advertising, you will drive growth for restaurant partners by implementing and optimizing ads and offers campaigns. You\’ll work closely with Uber Eats commercial teams and Account Executives to develop and pitch solutions that align with merchant goals and expand adoption of Uber’s advertising products. In this role, you’ll lead campaign execution, reporting, and upselling, while managing a book of business and building strong relationships to ensure merchant satisfaction.

What the Candidate Will Do

Identify and Manage Upsell Opportunities:

  1. Partner with the Account Executive(s) and/or Uber Eats commercial teams to analyze merchant, platform, and category insights to identify growth opportunities within their book of business.
  2. Serve as a subject-matter expert on products, advanced questions, and technical specifications, tailoring value propositions accordingly.

Campaign Management:

  1. Coordinate with internal team and merchant partners to ensure proper campaign execution and operational efficiency (e.g., collecting creative assets, implementing measurement solutions, etc.).
  2. Monitor campaign performance and budget utilization, and provide optimization recommendations to merchant partners.
  3. Support in reporting campaign outcomes to increase retention and growth.

What you’ll need

  • Ideally, you\’ve had 3-5 years of Account Management experience in a Digital/Performance Advertising, Marketing, or Analytical role.
  • Experience managing and analyzing digital advertising campaigns for large, complex brands.
  • Experience in a client-facing position, building relationships with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze data, review results, draw insights, and propose recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, problem-solving, and navigating ambiguity.
  • You\’ll have some Digital Ad Sales skills experience including an awareness of and experience using Solution Selling.
  • You have a strong track record of high customer satisfaction, but you can also demonstrate a willingness to challenge to drive business results.
