My client is seeking a Bid Assistant who will provide support for the IT aspects of client inquiries. This role entails crafting responses to client questionnaires and bid documents with a focus on information security and IT considerations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals possessing backgrounds in legal, document review, or computer science, who are interested in thriving within a fast-paced global business environment. The role may also encompass responsibilities related to SOX controls, which must be followed as applicable.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly assessing client requirements to ensure accurate submission of Information Security and technical IT prerequisites, utilizing standardized responses.
  • Identifying potential risks and exceptions through established procedures and responses.
  • Maintaining the template for Information Security & IT responses.
  • Adhering to SOX control obligations if integrated into the role.
