EYFS SEND Teaching Assistant Rotherham, S65 £95 per day Start date: ASAP Contract type: Temp-perm Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:15 – 15:30. Term-time only Unique School Solutions are supporting an Ofsted \”Good\” primary school in the S65 area of Rotherham to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work within the EYFS department supporting children with SEND needs. The role will be working within the classroom under the direction of the teacher supporting students with the EYFS curriculum and developmental targets. Essential requirements for the role: * Previous experience working within a school (mainstream or special) or within a day nursery * EYFS experience * Experience supporting children with SEND * The ability to build rapport with young learners * The ability to work under the direction of the class teacher as well as using own initiative * The ability to support small groups and on a 1:1 basis.
