My global client has a professional corporate office based in the centre of Bristol. They are looking for an Office Manager to actively deliver a First-Class Workplace experience for clients and colleagues within the offices across their internal office floors. The role is critical in ensuring that Workplace standards are upheld and that their service partners are also delivering what is expected and resolving issues in a timely manner. The role is also expected to help support the senior management team for UK&I compliance, governance, administration and audit support.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Undertake reception duties e.g. booking & managing meeting rooms, welcome & escort visitors (book/check them in), hospitality, general Front of House admin etc.
- Log any faults or issues with the company Helpdesk.
- Track & manage all open jobs on FAMIS 360 through to final completion.
- Quality check paperwork to ensure compliance and audit satisfaction.
- Ensure excellent communication by attending operational meetings with the team.
- Ensure all systems are maintained and updated to ensure we remain compliant.
- Day to day interaction with contractors and 3rd party suppliers, to enable delivery of service.
