Associate Director | Corporate & Commercial Specialist
About the Opportunity
Corporate β Senior Associate β Up to Β£90,000 salary
This role is full-time and permanent, with the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, forming an integral part of an established team of 40 fee earners, across the practice areas in Bristol and London.
You will advise household name clients operating in a variety of sectors on a diverse range of transactions. The focus of the team\βs work is dealing with corporate contracts, bank loans for both the bank and the borrower.
The team have an excellent track record of home growing talent with several senior members starting out as Paralegals/ Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that will give you a great opportunity to progress your career.
The successful candidate will play a key role within the team, nurturing local and wider client relationships, promoting the growth of the team and wider business across the globe, working in tandem with the London team.
Expect to advise an excellent roster of clients, including in-house legal teams at global investment banks, asset managers and insurers as well as significant clients in the technology and leisure sectors.
