Our client, a global asset manager, is looking to recruit a Climate Change Specialist to join their growing Sustainability team. The purpose of this role is to help deliver key strategic objectives such as climate (net zero) and environmental issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to firmwide content and strategy on environmental and climate change issues in relation to sustainable investments.
- Represent the firm across a range of environmental/sustainability-related industry bodies and initiatives.
- Work closely with the investment team and other senior stakeholders in relation to climate strategy and other ESG-related thematic insights.
- Actively engage in client interactions.
- Support in the development of carbon risk tools.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 7 yearsβ experience in ESG/sustainability with a particular expertise in climate change and environmental issues.
- Passion for sustainable and ESG investing.
- Strong academic record.
