Commercial Property Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Commercial Property Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual looking to advance their legal career within a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will be working closely with experienced solicitors on a variety of commercial real estate matters, supporting high-profile transactions and managing a busy and varied caseload.

2 days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with commercial property transactions from instruction to post-completion

• Drafting and reviewing leases, licenses, contracts, and other legal documents

• Conducting legal research and preparing reports and summaries

• Liaising with clients, solicitors, local authorities, and third-party professionals

• Managing Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions

• Maintaining and updating case files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

• Supporting fee earners with administrative duties and case progression

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within a commercial property or real estate team

• Strong understanding of commercial conveyancing processes

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
