The Partnership Sales Lead will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive sales through partner channels. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with key partners to maximize revenue opportunities into their clients and enable joint bid initiatives. Working with key stakeholders both internally and externally, you will help build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with organizations and partners that align with QA Ltd’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development Strategy: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate strategic partnerships, including joint ventures, integrations, and referral partners.
  • Manage Partner Relationships: Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with partners to ensure mutual benefits in order to promote QA as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Sales Enablement: Drive broader commercial discussions at a very high strategic level in order to develop joint sales strategies, promotional activities and ‘sell through’ partners into other customers.
  • Advocate: Be a visible presence, thought leader, and networker in sector, representing at events and focus on being a visible advocate for QA.
  • Revenue Growth: Responsible for driving revenue through partner channels and working closely with sales and marketing to ensure successful conversions.

About you:

  • Proven track record of building and scaling successful partnerships that help drive revenue growth and customer acquisition.
  • Understanding of complex sales cycles, go to market strategies and the value of technology alliances.
  • Significant experience partnering with C-suite and senior executives at Big 4 Consultancy or similar level.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and capability to coordinate a team effort.
  • Understanding of industry and experience of sell-through strategies.
  • Experience in contract negotiations and managing the end-to-end sales process of large contracts.
  • An understanding of technology landscapes and how learning supports implementations and transformation.
  • Experience within a defence prime, systems integrator or consultancy firm would be advantageous.
