The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You play a key role in the development and implementation of search strategies for our clients and the growth of Equator’s offering overall. You are responsible for creating strategies that hit or exceed client targets and expectations while helping to expand the volume and type of campaigns that we run. You are an expert in all things Search, possessing an industry leading understanding in terms of creating, optimising and reporting on effective strategies across differing channels and industries. Your role will also see you assist the Search Team Lead in building out the team’s offering, both within the agency and externally to clients, and to potential new business prospects.
Main Responsibilities
- Create and implement outstanding Search campaigns for allocated clients, ensuring all aspects of performance are monitored.
- Responsible for producing achievable, engaging forecasts and targets for our clients and then ensuring they are delivered.
- Conduct insightful audits of our current campaigns to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to meet campaign objectives.
- You’ll think outside the box when it comes to understanding how to plan and then deliver an effective strategy for key client accounts.
- Be the champion of quality within the team and drive the team’s output in line with Equator’s high standards.
- Maintain high levels of satisfaction and retention of clients across the function, regularly meeting with them to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns.
- Collaborate with other members of Equator, in particular the marketing team and client services, in order to meet client goals.
- Remain current on the latest industry trends, the broader digital media landscapes, guidelines, and changes.
- Provide reports on completed activities and share campaign results with wider team to evaluate success, failures and suggest ways to improve and innovate for future projects, following identification of relevant measures to effectively monitor success.
- Provide support to the client services team, acting as a point of escalation for clients, as well as assisting in delivering client specific strategies for campaigns.
- You’ll be partly responsible for sharing learnings and updates with the marketing team and wider business when appropriate and integrating wherever possible.
- You’ll be accountable for establishing and following processes within the team, organising and prioritising workload whilst working to deadlines and allocated budgets.
- Work with the business development department to identify and act upon new business opportunities.
The Ideal Candidate
- You have a background in one or more Search channels, with an understanding of the roles they play in the wider Digital Marketing mix.
- Proven experience of delivering Search campaigns.
- You have experience supporting junior team members.
- You are forward-thinking and proactive.
- Have an analytical mind-set with the ability to work with large data sets with excellent quantitative skills.
- You build great rapport with clients and your colleagues.
- You understand other digital marketing channels and how Search can work as part of a wider mix as well as in their own right.
- You are proficient at using industry leading tools, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Search Console, Accuranker, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Ads.
