The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and customer-focused hospitality professional with hands-on experience in bartending, table service, and supervisory responsibilities. Adept at creating a welcoming environment, taking and delivering orders efficiently, and preparing a wide range of beverages. Experienced in running shifts in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager, including cashing up, delegating tasks, and overseeing team performance to ensure smooth operations. Skilled in multitasking in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness. Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and deliver exceptional customer service throughout their visit.
  • Efficiently take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain clean and presentable tables and service areas throughout the shift.
  • Prepare and serve drinks while ensuring quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
  • Verify customer identification in compliance with Scottish licensing regulations.
  • Operate tills and process payments with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all guest and staff areas, including restrooms and seating zones.
  • Oversee daily operations and lead shifts in the absence of the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
  • Perform end-of-day procedures, including cashing up and closing down service areas accurately.
