24-7 Recruitment Services acting as an Employment Business are currently recruiting for experienced Class 1 HGV drivers on behalf of our client in Northampton (NN4). We require Class 1 HGV Drivers to work on an ongoing basis. Working out of their RDC you will be trunking goods to client stores throughout the UK. We have a variety of working patterns to suit drivers and start times each day. Some handball is required on deliveries.

Class 1 HGV driver will require:

  • Hold valid Class 1 / C+E License
  • A clean driving license with no points
  • Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience, or 1 year of relevant experience in retail driving

Class 1 HGV driver work will involve:

  • Working for one of the fastest growing businesses in the Midlands, our client offers new modern trucks and continuity of work
  • Long term ongoing position
  • Immediate start available

AVAILABLE SHIFT PATTERN: Tuesday to Saturday Start time between 04:00 - 12:00

Class 1 HGV drivers will receive:

  • PAYE rates Days £18.07 per hour
  • OT after 8hrs on days £27.11 per hour
