You’ll be learning from and working closely with experienced professionals supporting a variety of projects in a fast-paced workshop environment. The salary for this role is up to £28,000 dependent on experienceplus a discretionary annual 10% bonus. As a Trainee Welder/Fabricator you will gain on the job training and practical experience as follows: * MIG welding and fabrication of products for the construction industry, including samples and trial pieces * Join metal parts using appropriate welding methods and equipment * Set up components and prepare materials (e.g., using angle grinders) for welding * Assist with Press Brake operation and other workshop machinery * Maintain high standards of workmanship and contribute to team productivity * Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of the workshop and equipment * Follow company procedures, including ISO9001, ISO14001 & EN1090-1 EXC2 standards * Support welding coordination and product traceability as required As a Trainee Welder/Fabricator you will also gain knowledge of: …
