A leading Real Estate Investment fund is looking to add an Associate to their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dynamic entrepreneurial working environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in asset management of fund investments; advising, developing and monitoring investments.
2. Conduct detailed research on key market trends, industry news and competition in the marketplace.
3. Conduct market/competitor analysis.
4. Analyse and manage risk associated with development and operating assets.

Experience/Skills required:

1. Prior experience within asset management, real estate or investment consulting.
2. Strong academic profile; degree from a top-tier university.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Commercially and strategically minded.
5. Team player.
