To help match our client needs with services to support them, we are seeking a Junior Business Development Executive to join our busy sales team. Proactively targeting warm leads and increasing sales revenue from these businesses, your role will be key in achieving ambitious personal and team targets. You will be highly involved in all aspects of the sales process and will be contributing to developing and interrogating sales figures. You will excel at generating leads, building relationships and closing deals. Your role and responsibilities will include: To be part of and to support the companys sales team To meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics To proactively target new business opportunities and increase sales revenue To maintain and, as necessary, help develop effective sales processes To interrogate and report sales figures To succeed in this role, you will have: 12-18 months experience of technical Business to Business sales Practical experience of sales administration including the production of bespoke proposals The practical use of CRM/sales management systems Implementation of sales/service enhancements Awareness and input into improvement of all services/sales processes You will also need to: Have the ability to pick up and understand the technical aspects of our products and services Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities In return you will receive a salary of c £25,000 depending on experience, 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), plus company benefits including pension, group life assurance (3 times salary), NFU membership and more. You will be based at our office in Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire, working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We support work-life balance and operate a hybrid working policy with a mixture of home and office working available, and access to mental health support.
