The role will involve PA duties supporting Directors and senior management alongside covering reception / front of house.

Duties

  • Providing secretarial, admin and diary management support to the Directors
  • Taking meeting notes for SLT meetings
  • Booking travel and arranging itineraries for senior management and Directors including any VISA arrangement
  • Arranging functions and events
  • Providing other administrative support when required to facilities and finance teams
  • Greeting visitors and employees
  • Taking and directing calls
  • Completing administrative tasks
  • Managing and issuing site access passes for staff and visitors
  • Briefing visitors on site safety rules
  • Managing pool cars, including ensuring employees meet the insurance requirements
  • Organising and maintaining the reception area
  • Managing office stationery supplies

Skills and Knowledge

  • Ability to balance and prioritise workload, especially between PA and some reception cover requirements
  • Excellent administration skills with good knowledge of MS Office
  • High regard for customer service and customer satisfaction
  • Be friendly and welcoming with all visitors and employees
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional manner

Salary and Information

  • 9.00am - 2.00pm or 10.00am - 3.00pm Mon-Fri
