We are actively looking for a Passive Fire Contracts Manager to join a leading passive fire protection contractor on a permanent basis. You will be based in the Croydon office with travel around the London area. In return, you will receive a company car, fuel allowance, healthcare benefits and support on additional qualifications.
As the Passive Fire Contracts Manager, you will be:
- Leading a number of high-level contracts including social housing, commercial, student accommodation
- Managing KPIs and delivering the budgets of £5mil+
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the contracts, managing contractors and conducting regular contractor meetings
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders ensuring all contracts are meeting KPIs and high-quality standards
Experience needed:
- Experience managing multiple contracts
- Technical knowledge and experience in the passive fire industry
- Delivering budgets of minimum £400k a month
- Experience leading a team
