Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Landscaping Contracts Manager located in Sidcup. The Landscaping Contracts Manager will oversee the management and execution of various landscaping projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with clients and team members.

Responsibilities

Supervising the installation and maintenance of landscape projects
Negotiating contracts
Ensuring compliance with environmental standards
Managing project timelines
Conducting regular site visits
Meeting with clients
Fostering strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors

Qualifications

Project Management and Contract Negotiation skills
Knowledge of Horticulture and Landscape Design
Experience in Budgeting and Financial Management
Excellent Communication and Client Relationship skills
Strong Leadership and Team Management abilities
Understanding of Environmental and Sustainability Practices
Proficiency in Project Management Software
A degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field is preferred
