NuORDER by Lightspeed is seeking an experienced Integrated Marketing Director to lead our EU growth strategy. This is an opportunity for a sharp, ambitious and energetic marketing professional to develop and execute an end-to-end marketing plan for a fast-growing wholesale eCommerce, SaaS company that is transforming the fashion, apparel, sports, outdoor and footwear industries.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute integrated marketing campaigns from conception to completion, in order to generate 60% of the new business revenue in EMEA.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product, and creative, to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent brand experience across all channels.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and engaging content for marketing campaigns, including copywriting, visual assets, and multimedia content, tailored to specific audience segments and channels.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and technology platforms to streamline campaign execution, track performance metrics, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular performance reports on campaign ROI, lead progression, KPIs, and growth opportunities for senior leadership.
- Manage the EU marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives within allocated budget constraints.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed to support marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Grow brand awareness in primary target regions and verticals.
What you need to bring to the team:
- 10+ years experience in Demand Generation and Brand Marketing in the European market.
- Previous experience in Wholesale, Retail or Fashion is preferred.
- Previous employment in B2B or eCommerce is preferred.
- Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Proven background in budgeting, marketing planning, and financial forecasting strongly preferred.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-time strategic initiatives.
- Experience developing a robust testing & optimization strategy to optimize lead generation and ROI.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualifications.
- Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
