Master Mariner

We’re hiring a Marine Advisor to support offshore wind projects.

Role Overview:

• Location: Kingston Upon Thames
• Contract: 2 years (extension likely)
• Rate: Open
• IR35: Outside IR35
• Travel: Up to 40%
• Start: Notice periods up to 2–3 months considered

Responsibilities:

• Write scopes and vessel specs for marine operations
• Review technical bids and proposals
• Create procedures and method statements
• Support marine assurance and risk processes
• Input into offshore execution strategies

Requirements:

• Master Mariner STCW II/2 or equivalent
• 10–15 years’ offshore vessel operations experience
• Strong technical and documentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, flexible to travel
