We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in a Business Development role to help expand our customer base, build strong relationships with key clients, and generate new business opportunities. As a part of our team in Aberdeen, you will play a key role in growing our market presence, identifying strategic partnerships, and executing successful sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach * Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers * Regular travel within the UK, Europe and Africa to meet with existing and potential customers * Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals * Collaborate with other team members * Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities * Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback Qualifications: * Proven experience in business development and sales roles * A good understanding of Directional Drilling Equipment * Strong understanding of Oil and Gas industry and market trends * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong ability to close deals * Abili…
