Are you a seasoned procurement professional passionate about managing high-value capital expenditure projects? We’re looking for a CapEx Category Manager to join a high-performing team at a major player in the manufacturing and supply chain sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a key spend category and deliver value across multi-site operations.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead procurement strategy and execution for Industrial CapEx investments
  • Drive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) initiatives aligned with global sourcing strategies
  • Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to embed cost consciousness and efficient category management
  • Identify, manage, and develop supplier relationships to support technical and commercial requirements
  • Support project implementation and procurement planning across engineering and supply chain teams
  • Ensure contract compliance and performance tracking across a broad supplier base

What we’re looking for:

  • A strong background in procurement with a focus on Industrial CapEx
  • Proven experience managing large-value CapEx projects is essential
  • Engineering or technical knowledge, particularly across CapEx, MRO, or maintenance categories
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Familiarity with contract mechanisms such as MF1, Orgalim, or equivalent
  • A collaborative, strategic mindset with the confidence to lead transformation initiatives
