The predicted salary is between 16461 - 16461 £ per year.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with stroke survivors and their families to support them following a stroke. We are looking for an innovative, passionate, and professional individual with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills to join the Stroke Recovery Service based in Crewe.

Location: Home-based - Crewe, Cheshire. However, extensive travel will be required as part of this role (may include team meetings or other work-related meetings).

Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week.

Salary: Circa £16,461 per annum (FTE circa £27,435 per annum).

Contract: Permanent. Services are contracted and there is currently funding for this contract until 31 March 2026.
